Core Rules
  • Diet: Follow a structured plan — no alcohol or cheat meals.
  • Workouts: Two daily sessions (scale to ability).
  • Water: One gallon (3.78 L) per day.
  • Read: 10 pages of non-fiction daily.
  • Photo: Take a daily progress photo.
Customize Your Challenge

After registering, visit Settings to change the challenge duration and manage your personal task list. Beginners can shorten workouts or duration and increase them over time.
